Sutherland Crossing offers simplicity and modern convenience in thirty-five individual guest houses. Each condo is comfortably furnished and offers a screened-in patio on the second level and a ground level deck complete with picnic table and grill. The furnished kitchen is open to the great room and each guest house can accommodate six to eight people with three bedrooms and two baths.
